Tantalizing Future YA Releases!

______________________________

  • So Much Closer by Susane Colasanti (Viking Juvenile, 5/3/11)
  • Shift (Shade, Book #2) by Jeri Smith Ready (Simon Pulse, 5/3/11)
Note: Covers might not be final. If changes occur I will notify my readers of the new versions.

*Cover + Title Change*

  • Enclave (Formerly known as Razorland) by Ann Aguirre (Feiwel & Friends, 4/12/11)

*Blast From The Past*
(I'll be including a book from the past with this post. I want to feature books that are no longer heard of that still deserve a voice.)

Chloe Doe by Suzanne Phillips
Reading Level: Young Adult
Release Date: October 1, 2008
Publisher: Little, Brown Books for Young Readers
Pages: 208

Summary:
I'm still two girls living inside one skin...
My soft center is the Chloe I was born to be;
the outer shell, as thick as armor, is the girl
I was forced to become.

The place they send seventeen-year-old Chloe Doe is better than where she was. Better than the streets, or so she's told. The Madeline Parker Institute for Girls is the place that can change her-- that is, if she can let go of the past that has nearly destroyed her. Inspiring in her ability to overcome, Chloe Doe is poised to show the power of perseverance and, above all, hope.

I don't know why, but I'm resenting normal book titles and [Vampire Slayer], or [werewolf] or insert other supernatural creature. I feel like it's just pushing it.

Really curious about Paper Covers Rock!

Awesome titles coming up! Thanks for the post!
