Hey my beautiful followers! Where the beep have I been, seriously? First, I got sick with a stomach virus, then I just got busy. Why is working full time and having a husband eating my time away? Ah, you gotta love the single days, even though I wouldn't trade it for the world. ;)
I really miss blogging, and shoot reading for that matter. I will try my hardest to post as much as I can. I miss seeing your comments! I hope you still love me, even though we are going through this bumpy patch together. Hehe.
Anywho, today I bring you Poison Princess by Kresley Cole, I really like the look, it definitely caught my eye. Plus, the summary sounds great, can we say hello there Jack.

Poison Princess (The Arcana Chronicles, #1) by Kresley Cole (Simon & Schuster Books For Young Readers, 10/2/12)
Summary: Poison Princess centers on 16-year-old Evangeline "Evie" Greene, a privileged teenager from Louisiana. When an apocalyptic event decimates her hometown, killing everyone she loves, Evie realizes the hallucinations she'd been having for the past year were actually visions of the future — and they're still happening. Fighting for her life and desperate for answers, she must turn to her wrong-side-of-the-bayou classmate: Jack Deveaux. As Jack and Evie race to find the source of her visions, they meet others who have gotten the same call. An ancient prophecy is being played out, and Evie is not the only one with special powers. A group of teens have been chosen to re-enact the ultimate battle between good and evil. But it's not always clear who is on which side…

Really been missing you!
I love that cover, too. Jack kind of reminds me (on the cover, at least) of Kaidan on the cover of Sweet Evil by Wendy Higgins.
WOW. That cover leaves me speechless. LOVE is when you share these!
Welcome back!
& this cover and synopis do sound intriguing!
Yay! You're back! I do like the cover and the synopsis, that guy looks a little old for the girl...hot, but old.
There's so many good books coming out this year I don't know where I'm going to find the money to buy all of them!
GAHHHHHHHHH I LOVE KRESLEY COLE!!! I cannot wait. I hope it as good as her Immortals series. :)
Eeep! I love your enthusiastic review, it made me even more excited and impatient about this book! I can't wait to get my hands on it!<3
Because she has the experience of a looong adult series, I'm sure Kresley Cole had a different, deeper maybe even a bit better approach to YA lit than the usual debut author. It was the same with Gena Showalter when she published her first YA book; there's just something... more about books written by authors who wrote Adult first. *shrugs* And I don't mean only the smexiness.:D Anyway... I'm glad you liked it.:)
