If one day you woke up and all your books were gone, how would you react?
My Response: Total meltdown! I would first run around the house like a mad woman looking for them. If that fails, I'll probably cry hysterically for a little bit to mourn the loss. Once my rationality comes back, I'll jump on Amazon to order all of my favorites again.
What are your bookish thoughts?

I'm with you. Freak out! Rant! Call the cops. Accuse people of theft. Then start shopping.
Absolute shock and horror. A lot of my books were signed by authors at various books signings!
Dude, I totally pitch a fit and yell! I would deman answers!!
Oh wow -- that is a terrifying thought O_O I'm not sure I would ever get past the meltdown stage.
I would, without a doubt, freak out. A lot, lol. My god, that would be a total nightmare ;)
Meltdown! I'd cry! So many of them are presents, or have signatures from authors/family inside. They mean so much!
I would most likely kill the first person that laughed at the fact that all my books were gone. Then I'd drive to my nearest borders or barnes and noble and go SHOPPING! Hey, it gives you a legitimize excuse to splurge. It's not your fault, right? *snickers*
I'd have a huge meltdown too! Pretty sure there'd be panic and tears and gnashing of teeth...Then I'd probably buy a Kindle, buy all of the books electronically, and sleep with it all under my pillow so it wouldn't disappear again.
Oh, the humanity!
Although, I hate even thinking about this. I would be in hysterics for a while and then I'd take revenge on my theft by buying all my books back PLUS some. :)
