Mouthwatering photos complement every recipe. Whether you're a food lover, an avid reader or a book blogger, there’s something for you in The 2011 Book Blogger’s Cookbook.
My Review: The Book Blogger's Cookbook has the best combination of two of my favorite things: food and books. I was blown away at how Christy and her team organized a complimentary piece of work that left my mouth watering. For starters, it's a great honor to even be included in this blogger cookbook. For my entry I chose to comment on Lauren's Oliver debut, Before I Fall. I utterly adore everything about this novel, so when the 7-Day Layer Dip was chosen as its recipe, I knew it was the right counterpart. Throughout Before I Fall, the main character re-lives her death numerous times, so as Christy expresses in the cookbook, the layers of the recipe grabbed the feel of the story.
Moving on, I love cooking, so you know what I am going to do with all these recipes? Try them out of course! So thank you to the lovely ladies who took the time out to make this cookbook happen. Christy's writing is engaging and full of charm, while Amanda and Devon played key parts in the execution. Besides the tasty recipes, I also appreciated the contribution from all the other book bloggers. It gave me the chance to discover new bookworms, while enjoying the quotes from bloggers I am familiar with. It's a positive project that I am proud to be a part of and I hope you all take the time out to support it. Overall, it's sort of a dream book for readers who love cooking. It's only .99 for the Kindle, so if you're interested in checking it out, press this link: The 2011 Book Blogger's Cookbook!
