Review + Giveaway: Personal Library Kit from Knock Knock!

You ever loaned a book out to someone and never received it back? Would they do that to the library knowing they'd get charged for it? Probably not!

Knock Knock, a fun site filled with great gifts, has created a personal library kit for bookworms. I absolutely love this product, it definitely makes me feel better knowing the borrower has a time frame for an expected return date.

I've unfortunately lost a few books due to the slackers who still have them for over a year. *Sighs* I'm sure we've all experienced this once or twice with our prized possessions. So, when I heard about this kit, it gave me a glimmer of hope in solving the book thief issues.

Deborah from Knock Knock has kindly offered to give away one of these kits to one of my lucky followers! Check out my raving review below and don't forget to enter the contest, it's an item that every bibliophile needs!

Fresh and unopened, this is how the personal library kits looks. Cute and organized, just how I like it. I especially loved the label where it states, "Get your books back!"

This is the back of the kit where it clearly shows all the items included in this package. I love the sound of a 'generous reader' because if you think about it, we aren't selfish with our book loving ways, we share. :)

Here are all the items spread out after I opened up the box. There are 20 pockets, 20 checkout cards, a pencil, date and stamp pad. A good number of items which will last you for a little bit, depending on how often you lend out your books.

My sister-in-law Laura, wanted to borrow Divergent by Veronica Roth. So, I decided to test out this kit. At first, she looked at me like I was crazy, but understood why I did it. Let's just say I received Shiver back many months later with a coffee stain on it. Did I want to kill her? Yes! But, since she is family I let it slide for the moment. I wrote the title, author and used the stamp to put the date she was borrowing it. My only complaint would have to be about the stamp, it could get a little messy since there isn't a cover for it, so I put it a ziplock bag. But, the stamp pad does have a cover which helps maintain it's freshness. Besides that, it was fun feeling like a librarian for a moment!

If you take away the checkout card, the pocket has an area where you stamp the return date. That way, the person knows when they need to give it back to you.

All in all, I loved this personal library kit! It's fun and very useful. I give it 5 stars! If you are interested in this product, just enter the giveaway below...

This is so cool! I trade books with my aunt, who lives about 1000 miles away, all the time. She's never lost or damaged a book, but she'd get a kick out of this.

This kit is really cute! Unfortunately, I can't have a chance to win it because I don't live in the States.
Happy holidays from Spain!

This is the cutest little set. I definitely need one of these. I let one of my friends borrow Mockingjay and she returned it 8 months later without the book cover! :(
