Summary: Exonerated by the Vampyre High Council and returned to her position of High Priestess at Tulsa’s House of Night, Neferet has sworn vengeance on Zoey. Dominion over Kalona is only one of the weapons she plans to use against Z. But Zoey has found sanctuary on the Isle of Skye and is being groomed by Queen Sgiach to take over for her there. Being Queen would be cool, wouldn’t it? Why should she return to Tulsa? After losing her human consort, Heath, she will never be the same – and her relationship with her super-hot-warrior, Stark, may never be the same either… And what about Stevie Rae and Rephaim? The Raven Mocker refuses to be used against Stevie Rae, but what choice does he have when no one in the entire world, including Zoey, would be okay with their relationship? Does he betray his father or his heart? In the pulse-pounding 8th book in the bestselling House of Night series, how far will the bonds of friendship stretch and how strong are the ties that bind one girl’s heart?
My Thoughts: I know most of you are tired of the House of Night series, however I still continue to read them. I haven't read the latest book yet though, so I have to do that soon. I really like this cover, it's sexy and dark. The guy's biceps are visually yummy and I like the tattoo on his arm. It's not my favorite cover of the series, but it's still nice.
What do you all think?

I think this is my favorite cover so far. More interesting than just a person on the cover, this one shows that the book serious is more supernatural.
This's so difrentt:) I still read, because i started this series and i'm waiting for last book on this series. These books isn't ver good unfortunately:)

i just don't get it... after all that neferet has done.. wth. just kill her off and get over it! she's back at the school? i can't believe it!!! i really liked this series at the beginning, but it's draining on me now. i'll probably keep reading it since i started it, but... i won't be happy.
the cover is great tho.
This series lost me a while back but I think they do a good job on the covers.
I love the cover, I think that will tempt a lot people to pick it again. I have been struggling with this series but part of me still wants to know what is going to happen.

I LOVE this cover!
My sister in law keeps asking me to read this series, but I just can't get into it :(
For me this is their last chance to keep me as a reader. The last few books were not so great.
It is very sad with this series. I love the House of Night series and I love P.C Cast, but the last couple of books haven't been so great.
The first book was amazing and the next couple of books were good, but then they just started spiraling down hill.
But I still continue to read them, hoping they'll get better. I haven't read the last book either. Hopefully I'll get to soon, but I'm not in a big rush like I use to be.
The cover is beautiful though.
I haven't read this series although I'd like to at some point. The cover seems kind of dark to me. Perhaps the features will be easier to see in book form, but it doesn't jump out at me. Except for the creepy red tattoo, which definitely jumps. What do you think?
Great cover! I really like it. I've also really enjoyed the previous books. The first few were the best by far, but the others have still drawn me in and I love to see whats happening. Thanks for this post, I'm excited for this book to come out!
I think the cover is a bit more mysterious and darker than the previous ones because the combination od the pics works really well with it being a "darker" paranormal book and not just a book about teenagers and YA, you know?
