Can you explain to us the theme of opposites attracting in both Perfect Chemistry & Rules of Attraction. Why did you decide to take that route? Have you ever fallen in love with a bad boy your parents would disapprove of? Also, since this series will be a trilogy what can we expect from the third book?
Opposites definitely attract. Dating and being with someone just like you is boring! I loved challenging guys and verbally sparring with them- it’s like foreplay (am I allowed to admit that here?). My husband is a brainiac and I’m SO not. He was valedictorian of his high school and I was a B-average student. We are definitely opposites, and where he excels (school and academics) I fail and where I excel (socially J), he fails. We definitely compliment each other, just like Alex and Brittany compliment each other in Perfect Chemistry and Carlos and Kiara compliment each other in Rules of Attraction!
I have to admit that I fell for the bad boy when I was in high school. His name was Andy and he was gorgeous and tall and…a recovering alcoholic and drug addict. He’d lived such a dangerous life before we met and was trying to get his life straight when I met him. My parents were not happy that Andy was 1) three years older than me and 2) barely holding on to his sobriety and 3) had been caught lying to his parents and 4) we’d fallen in love. Unfortunately Andy relapsed when I went away to college and we broke up, but he’ll forever hold a piece of my heart. He taught me how to live hard, laugh hard, and love hard…but my relationship with Andy also taught me the hard way what it means to have a broken heart. I love writing about the reformed bad boy and the girl he loves getting the happily-ever-after ending. What could be better than that?
The third novel in the Perfect Chemistry series will be about Luis Fuentes, the youngest Fuentes brother. He’s such a good guy who doesn’t live with the angst that his big brothers have always lived with. Luis is smart, funny, and has big dreams. When he falls for the wrong girl, Luis enters a dark world he’s never known to try and save her from herself. Just when he thinks he’s got life all figured out, Luis learns some disturbing news about his family that destroys his positive outlook on life. Will that Fuentes bad boy streak come out with a vengeance and lure Luis to live on the edge like his new girlfriend and his own father?

Awesome giveaway! I loved the interview. I have yet to read any of Simone's books. Hope to someday.
Great interview! And thanks for introducing me to another great author!
Hi!
I would be honored if you would enter me for this giveaway! I have a great Book Review Blog and can totally commit to posting a review within the time frame you have stated!
Thanks!

Hey Simone! I LOVE you! I already have the books so i wont be entering in the contest.
What a great giveaway - both books look so good!
Amazing guest post! *GASP* I didn't know that there was going to be ANOTHER book to the series(although maybe I should have...there are three brothers, lol) And how cool that instead of the bad boy falling in love, it's going to be the good guy falling for the bad girl. Sounds great x)
What a great post. I really liked her "How to Ruin.." books. Thanks for the chance to win! I entered using your very easy form!
Wow. : )
That's all.
Ah, I'm sorry I've been MIA FOREVER!! I missed your awesome blog and, of course, amazing interviews like these. Lol, Andy sounds just like one of those bad boy fictional characters minus the relapse part, but I think experiences like those are what makes Simone's books so great. And you already know what I think of Alex... Great interview! :D
Great giveaway! I hope I win.
Thanks so much.
Thanks for the great giveaway.

Awesome interview! I've been wondering what the third book is going to be about. I like how the girl is going to be the 'bad boy/girl' this time around. I think that will be interesting!
Thank you for an amazing contest and wonderul interview with Simone. I would LOVE to read these books, have heard a lot about how good they are!
I always love the bad boys ;)
Thanks for the great giveaway!
Not all bad boys are as bad as they seem. I guess that is the challenge and their charm.
