Monday's Question of the Day!

*You are welcome to use my meme - just credit me please*

Question: Out of all the books you've read so far which book has touched your life?

My Answer: Recently, I just finished Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver and it truly touched my life in so many ways. My review will be up tomorrow so I don't want to give away too much so I'll keep it brief. It's one of those novels where after you finish reading it, you sit back and digest the story. It was full of so many life lessons I couldn't help but replay them all in my mind. I honestly think everything happens for a reason. If you're a good person, good things will come to you. But, if you're a bad person, karma is a bitch (excuse my language.) Lauren's story taught me I should treat people with respect because the way you treat them effects their lives either in a good or bad way. Okay, I've said too much! Look out for my review tomorrow :)

I'd love to know your answers, so leave me a comment :)

I can't wait to read this book. At the moment I'm trying to get my hands on a copy of the book! I do think that respecting people is a very important thing! Haha, I agree with you when you say that karma can be a B****! I think its interesting when author write about karma. Karma actually originates from ancient India, and India is where I'm from. Its so funny when I read about other peoples views of this concept, which is sometimes different from what I learn! I can't wait for your review! I know this book will be a good one!

I don't read a lot of books that I have meaning. But a few months I read one book, it was called Living Dead Girl. It's by Elizabeth Scott. Really makes you think about what happens in the world, how sick some people can be. I guess this book has stayed with me..

Its probably no secret but 19 Minutes by Jodi Picoult... the entire story line was just amazing- showing the real effects of bullying and also making the strong point that no matter how heinous Peter's crime was, he was still someone's kid- someone loved him.

Sorry I am a little late answering this! Great question!! I have had many books touch me and make me really think. I am going to answer your question with the book "Unwind" by Neal Shusterman. That book was great, distrubing, thought provoking, and it stayed in my mind for a long time after I finished it!
