I am a huge fan of dancing, I love TV shows such as So You Think You Can Dance & American's Best Dance Crew. I stumbled upon this phenomenon and I'm so glad I did. The Legion of Extraordinary Dancers (LXD) is going to be an online series directed by Jon M. Chu who also directed Step Up 2: The Streets. The 10-week Volume One of LXD, set to launch early this summer, will chronicle the formation of “the most elite dance crew in the world,” tracing the origins of the seven schools of dance that make up the famed crew. Chu blends comic-book style characters with a fictional cinematic narrative. I seriously can't wait! The trailer looks amazing and I am impressed with the dancing I've seen so far! They performed on So You Think You Can dance today but I'm not able to find the video clip just yet :)Wednesday, December 2, 2009

Wowzers!! Love the clip and looking forward to the show already! I too love dance and I am so moved by the clip! It is so well done. Kind of reminds me of "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen"! I know! Quite a leap but the trailer did remind me of that movie's concept.

For the life of me, i couldn't figure out if they were saying "League" or "Legion" of Extraordinary Dancers... they were good tho
I loved them on so you think you can dance to the string instruments and the bboys moves were so smooth it was awesome!... I hope they bring them back for the finale
